Изучали влияние 5-дневного внутрибрюшинного (15 мг/кг в сутки) и перорального (40 ­мг/­кг в сутки) введения крысам разработанного нами соединения TPY3m, повышающего продукцию тиреоидных гормонов щитовидной железой, на уровни тироксина, трийодтиронина и тиреотропного гормона в крови и на морфологию щитовидной железы. При обоих способах введения TPY3m вызывал устойчивое, умеренное по величине, повышение уровней тиреоид­ных гормонов, в основном тироксина, слабо влияя на уровень тиреотропного гормона. Он не снижал стимулирующий эффект тиролиберина на уровни тиреоидных гормонов и не оказывал повреждающего воздействия на щитовидную железу. При длительном применении соединение TPY3m стимулирует продукцию тиреоидных гормонов, не ослабляя активности тиреоидной оси. Таким образом, TPY3m является прототипом препаратов для коррекции дефицита тиреоидных гормонов.

We studied the effect of 5-day intraperitoneal (15 mg/kg per day) and oral (40 mg/kg per day) administration to rats of the compound TPY3m, which we developed, which increases the production of thyroid hormones by the thyroid gland, on the blood levels of thyroxine, triiodothyronine and thyroid-stimulating hormone and on morphology of the thyroid gland. With both routes of administration, TPY3m caused a sustained, moderate increase in thyroid hormone levels, mainly thyroxine, with little effect on thyroid-stimulating hormone levels. It did not reduce the stimulating effect of thyroliberin on thyroid hormone levels and did not have a damaging effect on the thyroid gland. With long-term use, the compound TPY3m stimulates the production of thyroid hormones without weakening the activity of the thyroid axis. Thus, TPY3m is a prototype of drugs for correcting thyroid hormone deficiency.
