Изучено влияние новой сложной фитокомпозиции на возрастные изменения состава биологических жидкостей организма (кровь, лимфа, интерстициальная жидкость) старых (22-24 мес) белых лабораторных крыс линии Sprague-Dawley. Приём фитокомпозиции в течение 3 мес привёл к увеличению объёма интерстициальной жидкости (ИЖ) и плазмы, а также к усилению оттока лимфы и диуре­за. В крови и лимфе увеличилось время свёртываемости, снизились вязкость и показатели липидов. Также отмечено увеличение количества эритроцитов, лейкоцитов, иммуноглобулинов (кроме IgG) и субпопуляций лимфоцитов, что способствовало усилению иммунных свойств крови и лимфы. Усиление гидратации тканей организма, антиатерогенных свойств лимфы и крови и повышение имунных свойств приводит к восстановлению дренажно-детоксикационной функции лимфатической системы. Благодаря биофлавоноидам, микроэлементам и витаминам новая сложная фитокомпозиция оказывает лимфотропное действие, изменяя состав крови и лимфы и ИЖ, и стимулирует движение жидкости из ИЖ в сосудистое русло, усиливая естественную лимфодетоксикацию, и повышает иммунные свойства крови и лимфы.

The purpose of the study was to study the effect of a new complex phytocomposition on age-related changes in the composition of biological body fluids (blood, lymph, interstitial fluid) has been studied old (22-24 months) white laboratory rats of the Sprague-Dawley line. A three-month phytocomposition exposure on the body of aged animals induced an increase in the volumes of interstitial fluid (IF), lymph flow, and plasma, with some certain effects leading to diuresis. Also, the phytocomposition somewhat increased the number of erythrocytes and leukocytes, immunoglobulins (except IgG) and lymphocyte subpopulations and contributed to the correction and enhancement of the immune properties of blood and lymph while providing a more optimal immune response. Strengthening the hydration of the tissues of the body and the anti-atherogenic properties of lymph and blood, along with strengthening the immune properties, leads to the restoration of the drainage (detox) function of the lymphatic system. The new complex phytocomposition, thanks to its bioflavonoids, microelements and vitamins, has a lymphotropic effect by changing the composition of blood and lymph and IF and stimulates the movement of fluid from the IF into the vascular bed, acting on natural lymph detoxification and increasing the immune properties of blood and lymph.
