Нарушения механизмов адаптации, вызванные усилением неконтролируемых процессов стрессорной реакции или ослаблением контролируемой стрессорной реакции, в первую очередь связаны с нарушениями адренотиреоидного взаимоотношения и развитием синдрома адренотиреоидной дисфункции.

The review considers the fundamental foundations of the structural organization and mechanisms of the regulatory functions of the adrenothyroid system. Violations of adaptation mechanisms caused by an increase in uncontrolled processes of a stress reaction or a weakening of a controlled stress reaction are primarily associated with disorders of the adrenothyroid relationship and the development of adrenothyroid dysfunction syndrome.
