Features of vegetative heart regulation during experimental normobaric hypoxia of different genesis
A comparative assessment of the autonomic regulation of the vegetative heart regulation (VHR) in Wistar rats with acute exogenous hypoxic normobaric hypoxia (AHNH) induced in the hermetic volume and chronic normobaric hypoxia (CNH) against the background of experimental chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (ECOPD) was carried out. ECOPD was modeled with a combination of inhaled papain and intraperitoneal administration of bacterial lipopolysaccharide. Lifetime verification of the ECOPD was performed on an X-ray computer micro-tomography. The severity of hypoxia was determined by the degree of arterial blood oxygen saturation. VHR was investigated according to the results of automated processing of electrocardiograms. Blood pressure was measured by a non-invasive tail cuff method. In animals with AHNH and CNH, dysfunction of VHR develops, manifested by a significant limitation of the effects of the parasympathetic and sympathetic parts of the vegetative nervous system on the pacemaker activity of the sinoatrial node. Distinctive signs of abnormalities of VHR in AHNH were “rigid” heart rate (HR) and bradycardia in the presence of systolic-diastolic arterial hypotension. At the same time, the centralization of HR control did not provide compensation for hemodynamic disturbances. In case of CNH, an increase in arterial hypoxemia was manifested by a protective “denervation” of the heart against the background of increased activity of the humoral regulation channel, which was illustrated by tachycardia, isolated by systolic arterial hypertension and overstrain of regulatory systems.
