Приведены результаты разработки состава комбинированного глазного геля с интерфероном альфа-2-бета. Получены экспериментальные образцы геля на основе различных гелеобразователей и оценены их биотехнологические и технологические характеристики: отсутствие цитотоксического эффекта, агрегативная стабильность, осмотическая активность, биоадгезия, реологические показатели. Состав, включающий в качестве гелеобразователя гидроксиэтилцеллюлозу Natrosol 250HHX в концентрации 1.5%, продемонстрировал лучшие показатели и стабильность в течение года.

Development of the new combined dalarginum and interferon ophthalmic dosage form will allow to improve consumer and pharmacotherapeutic properties due to advantages of present dosage form in comparison with eye drops such as gel homogeneous distribution on conjunctiva, active ingredients sustained release and high bioadhesive. Therefore fixed-dose combined drug developmentis promising because of allowing have overall influence on pathogenic mechanism components. As part of the study cytotoxic effect absence of excipients formulated into dosage form on Vero cell line was established. Formulation comprising 1,5% w/w hydroxyethylcellulose Natrosol™ 250 HHX as a gelling agent was chosen according to screening results of aggregative stability, osmotic activity compared with isotonic sodium chloride solution sample, bioadhesion and rheological characteristics.
