The content of peptide HLDF24 in serum as an objective indicator of the prehypertension development
The contents of the several key factors of prehypertension molecular pathogenesis were investigated: peptides angiotensin II, HLDF24, proteins S100b, endothelin and autoantibodies to them, as well as vascular endothelial vascular growth factor in the serum of individuals with “optimal” blood pressure (BP <120/80 mm) Art.) and prehypertension (BP> 120-139 / 80-89mm.rt.st.). A comparative and correlation analysis of indicators of the content of molecular factors in the examined individuals with optimal blood pressure and prehypertension were performed. A statistically highly significant decrease in the level of HLDF24 with prehypertension compared with optimal blood pressure was found. Documented features of the relationship of the studied factors with optimal blood pressure and prehypertension. The mechanisms underlying the identified association of serum HLDF24 peptide with the development of prehypertension are considered.
