Выявлены характерные для ишемии повреждения нейронов в очаге экспериментального фототромбоза и в переходной зоне, а также симптомы нарушений моторных функций и тазовых органов. Применявшийся метод фокального фототромбоза может быть использован для моделирования ишемии спинного мозга при разработке методов фармакологической коррекции и восстановления нарушенных сенсомоторных функций.

The aim of the study was the evaluation of the method photoinduced focal thrombosis as an adequate model of local ischemic injury of the spinal cord of different etiologies according to the study of pathomorfological and functional changes in experimental animals. The identified characteristic of the ischemia damage of neurons in the focus of experimental photothrombosis and the transition zone, as well as symptoms of disorders of motor function. Used method of focal photothrombosis can be used for modeling of spinal cord ischemia in the development of methods of pharmacological correction and restoration of the disturbed sensorimotor functions.
